The studio flat Misteri d'Italia is on the first floor of our little house and is accessed by a picturesque spiral staircase. You can admire the bell tower of the church of San Francesco and the picturesque roofs of Urbino.

We thought of furnishing this room as a homage to art in general and to the mysteries it contains. Urbino represents a corner of culture everywhere, from the alleys, to the landscape views, to the architecture distributed throughout the city ART ART in all its forms and mysteries. Art enclosed in museums, in the paintings they house. How can one not be enchanted by the penetrating gaze of the Muta, or how can one not remain impassioned when observing the flagellation painted by Piero della Francesca? Who are the protagonists? What are the meanings of the details inserted by the artist? Urbino offers us the possibility of reliving the time of Federico da Montefeltro, a period defined as ideal in terms of lifestyle, freedom of thought and expression.

We have furnished this room with black and white in mind, the antipodes, the opposites, the different. Who would say that contraries attract each other, that antipodes love each other more deeply than any other? The essence of life belongs to those who know how to love, appreciate, value the qualities of others. Urbino encapsulates in a certain sense the two antipodes, the past and the present. The past enhance the skills of those who lived in the era of jousts, of horse battles. In spite of this, it has been able to interpret its era with a marked modernism, and today in the modern era, it is precisely our time that takes care of the past by trying to preserve, to exalt to the best of our ability, the life that once was.

In the language of flowers, the hydrangea represents the intention to escape. We furnished this one-room apartment with the common desire to escape from the daily grind, where everything is calculated, pre-assembled, expected and taken for granted. The desire to escape leads us to relive an atmosphere that is anything but calculated. The air which Otaksa makes us breathe is the air of the most classic and purest romanticism; a romanticism which goes very well with Urbino, defined as the ideal city, not only for its exquisite and refined architecture, but for the lifestyle which it has been able to propose and anticipate since its construction. Otaksa is a small petal which aims to re-establish the right balance between our rational self and the often silenced one.

Casa Marzi is the brief of our idea of hospitality, dedicated to those who travel for pleasure or business. We have created this environment with our taste and travel experiences in mind. We think we have created a tasteful, functional and practical environment.

The area is very quiet and well served, with supermarkets, a cycle path leading to the sea and to the centre. In summer there is a free shuttle service to the centre and to the beach.
